David Rushing, a Houston native, brings decades of courtroom experience to every personal injury case. After serving at the U.S. Small Business Administration post-Katrina and litigating major industrial cases at Fulbright & Jaworski, he founded Rushing Law Group to give injured Texans the aggressive, personal representation they deserve.

He has tried numerous cases to jury verdicts across Texas federal and state courts, helping clients recover from accidents, workplace injuries, and catastrophic events.
